I was actually excited to order at first, but then I saw the shipping cost and my mood dropped fast. It just felt way too expensive for what I was buying, almost like I was being ripped off before I’d even checked out. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but yeah, it left a bad taste and I ended up feeling disappointed.

The box showed up crushed, my first thought was that the packaging was poor. It didn’t make a great impression right out of the gate

I returned my order and didn’t expect the refund to turn into such a drawn-out process. I had to keep following up, and whenever I emailed, the replies were slow and didn’t really give me a clear answer. From my experience, it just felt like way too much effort to get my own money back. I won’t be ordering from footballamerica.co.uk again.

I just don’t think this was worth the price. It felt way too expensive for what it was, and in the end, it seems like an avoidable purchase.

my order came wrong, which was frustrating. i ordered a shirt in one size and got a different one, so i couldn’t even use it. i double-checked my confirmation and it wasn’t my mistake. after already waiting for it to arrive, having to deal with fixing it was just annoying. i probably wouldn’t order again if they can’t get something basic like the size right

I reached out to customer service and, yeah… still waiting for any kind of reply. Not really sure what’s going on, but it would’ve been nice to at least get an acknowledgment or something.

I was expecting a decent selection of football stuff, but the range felt small. Maybe I just caught it at a bad time, but a lot of the things I was looking for either weren’t there at all or only had a couple of sizes left. Just a bit disappointing overall.

I ordered a football shirt because the website said it was in stock, and everything seemed fine at first. Payment went through and I got the order confirmation email, so I assumed it was all sorted.

A couple of days later, I was told it wasn’t actually available after all. That was frustrating, especially because the website was saying one thing and then the reality was something else, which just made it confusing.
The refund did come through, so that part was okay, but the stock information on the site really needs to be more accurate. I could’ve bought it somewhere else in the meantime, so it felt like a waste of time.

I still haven’t received my refund either, which is frustrating because I’ve already packed everything back up and the box is just sitting by my front door next to my umbrella. Definitely not a smooth process.

I was browsing for some NFL gear, though I can’t even remember if it was earlier this week or last weekend, and the prices just didn’t feel right to me. Even the basic stuff seemed higher than what I’d seen on a couple of other sites.

Maybe they run deals sometimes and I just checked at the wrong time, but when I was there it didn’t feel like good value. I had a few things in my basket for a while, came back to it later, and ended up closing it because I couldn’t really justify paying that much

It’s still a nice piece overall, but I’d recommend checking measurements carefully or sizing differently before buying.

I started noticing little things right away that made it feel cheaper than I expected. The materials, the finish, even the overall feel all kind of pointed in the same direction. For the price, I don’t think it was worth it

I had to keep chasing them just to find out what was going on with my delivery. Would’ve been nice to get updates without feeling like I was doing the tracking team’s job for them, but hey, eventually I got the info.
